Nice experience, but did not see whales as expected.
The experience was nice, and the staff were friendly and supportive. Unfortunately, I did not see whales as expected. I saw one very far which I could not see well. I know it is not the company's fault as many external factors were involved, but just a bit frustrated.

This was my second time going to whale watching with Experience OZ
This was my second year going whale watching with Experience OZ, and overall, it was a positive experience. Experience OZ provided great support and information throughout the cruise. However, a couple of aspects were less than ideal, mainly due to natural conditions rather than the company itself. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good, with strong winds and rough sea making the boat a bit unstable. Given that this is a family program, it would have been helpful if we had been informed about the weather conditions before boarding. Additionally, it took nearly two hours to spot any whales. Again, this isn’t the fault of Experience OZ, but it was a bit disappointing that just as we found the whales, it was already time to head back. As a result, we didn’t have much time to enjoy the experience. Last year, I had a wonderful time, which is why I brought two friends along this year. Unfortunately, they didn’t enjoy it as much as I did previously.
